小齊何許人也？齊榮豪是也。獨來獨往，不修邊幅，不近人情。自幼性喜塗鴉，尤愛書畫水墨，年過而立之年，始習書畫水墨，後拜卜茲老師、李義弘、陳志良老師門下，至今稍能安頓筆墨，以書畫為業。平日無事上午筆耕創作，下午學習書法水墨，晚上混跡市井，閱人間事態。閒暇時與妻子、女兒作閒雲野鶴，徘徊於納馬夏、達納伊谷等山谷之間，周旋在北鯤鯓、加老灣等沙洲兩岸。入夜即埋首案頭，左鄰為竹林七賢，右舍是揚州八怪，與八大山人為伍。秦篆、漢隸、魏楷、晉唐法帖、宋畫山水等是最可愛的宵夜。常言：花不可以無蝶，山不可以無泉，石不可以無苔，水不可以無藻，喬木不可以無藤蘿，人不可以無癖。人無癖不可與交，以其無深情也；人無疵不可與交，以其無真氣也。齊太太常說：齊老爺，旁學雜收、詩賦心腸，處處惹塵埃，雜念障多，無一精通，滿腹牢騷，滿肚子不合時宜。

我一向熱愛生活，喜深居簡出灑掃庭院，創作是人格的投射，喜幽居山中，觀風日陰霽變化無窮，納於心胸，行諸筆端。師古、師自然、師自我的藝術創作是理解的途徑，心得以定，所思所想所見所行愈加澄明。創作觀需要堆疊，需要一定的厚度，在作品中以書法水墨為創作媒材以山水為主題，所繪製書寫的內容並非特定風景名勝，也非任何所指的秘境，而是一個我試圖自然遊歷後或書齋臥遊中營造出的胸中丘壑，平和大地的視覺張力，著自然靜穆之地，平靜編織繁線密點，細水心澄如沁，心中天地本自俱足的美好日日月月。藝術家某一個面向的創作軌跡，其未來充滿各種新而未定的可能性與變動性。強調藝術家透過水墨「述說自己」，表現眼前、表現當下、表現所思所想，以及與此時此地此刻對話能力。

Hsiao-Chi? That's the nickname of Chi Jung-Hao. He does not keep too much company, does not decorate himself and is not sophisticated in social relationship. He likes drawing since childhood and started learning drawing and calligraphy seriously after he turned 30. He learned from artists including Pu Tzu, Lee Yi-Hung, and Chen Chih-Liang, and later became a professional painter himself. He writes in the morning, practices calligraphy and ink painting in the afternoon, and wanders on the streets in the evening to see the state of affairs in the world. In leisure time, he spends time with his wife and his daughter to mountain areas like Namasia and Dannayiku, and sandbank spots such as Bei-Khun-Sin and Calewan. At night, he would bury his head in the works of ancient artists like the "Eight Eccentrics of Yangzhou", the "Seven Sages of the Bamboo Grove" and Bada Shanren. The calligraphy works and paintings from ancient dynasties are all his most favorite companions at night. As the saying goes: Flowers cannot go without butterflies. Mountains cannot go without springs. Rocks cannot go without moss. Water cannot go without algae. Trees cannot go without vines. Do not make friends with people without hobbies. People without hobbies are not affectionate. People without hobbies are not true. Mrs. Chi often says: Chi Jung-Hao learns from all sources and is fully indulged in an artistic world. He causes trouble and is bothered by disorganized thoughts. He learns a lot but is specialized in none. He is full of complaints and inadequacies.

I have always loved a simple lifestyle. Composition is a projection of personality. I like to live in the mountains and watch the endless changes of the wind and the sunshine to gain inspiration for my artwork. The solitary life in the mountains and the calm mind developed is the way to gain understanding and clarity. The creation concept needs to be stacked and requires certain thickness. The landscape depicted as the theme of the works comprises not of a limited number of famous scenic spots or places of interest, but the whole universe emerged in my mind after my extensive travel and even imaginary trips. It includes the visual tension of the peaceful earth, the natural and solemn places, the peaceful weaving of dense threads, the fine water and the pure heart, and the self-sufficient beautiful days of life. The artist's trajectory of artwork composition is full of uncertainty and variability. The major theme is the capability of the artist to "talk about himself" through the ink and brush, expressing the present moment, the present thinking and to engage in a dialogue with the present moment.
