空間介紹｜
根據世界衛生組織研究調查，全球人口平均壽命於1950至2021年間已由46.5歲提升至73.3歲，當今人類壽命已達空前紀錄。當生物學家好奇人類壽命是否存在上限時，我們的60歲、70歲、80歲……甚至100、120歲可以怎樣度過呢？我們是否也曾想過：人為什麼會長大？成長是一件什麼樣的事情？「長大」的歷程，是像浩瀚宇宙之中的一顆孤獨星球、氣勢磅礡震撼人心的交響樂曲，又或如同徜徉萬花嬉春之際、眺望湛藍無垠的海平線呢？
萬物生命自出生萌芽起，容貌、健康、心情每分每秒都在隱隱變化，年紀增長與身心變動的過程，並不僅是走向著衰退和死亡，而是代表擁有更多成長的機會；認識自己、想像未來、探索生命的可能性與安頓身心，是人生重要的課題。
臺南市美術館「創˙銀鈴」是對全齡敞開、強調多元包容與尊重差異的學習空間，與大眾一起探索什麼是「成長」，鼓勵大家在人生的旅途之中，認識自己並迎接生命的變化與挑戰。無論現在走到生命的哪一個階段，邀請你走入展間，一同感受成長的酸甜苦澀、想像未知但值得期待的未來，然後勇敢綻放屬於自己的絢爛色彩！

According to research by the World Health Organization, the global average life expectancy increased from 46.5 years in 1950 to 73.3 years in 2021, marking an unprecedented milestone in human longevity. As biologists ponder whether there is an upper limit to human lifespan, how might we spend our 60s, 70s, 80s—or even our 100s or 120s? Have you ever wondered why humans grow? And what does it mean to grow? Is the journey of “growing” akin to a lone planet adrift in the vast cosmos, a majestic symphony stirring the soul, or the joy of wandering through a vibrant spring garden, gazing at the endless azure horizon?
From the moment living beings begin to grow at birth, their appearance, health, and emotions undergo subtle changes with every passing moment. Aging, physical and emotional transformations included, is not merely a march toward decline and death but rather an opportunity for growth: a chance to better understand ourselves, envision the future, explore life’s possibilities, and find peace within. These are vital lessons on our journey through life.
The Tainan Art Museum’s “Golden Years: Where Art Resounds” is an open learning space for all ages, emphasizing diversity, inclusivity, and respect for differences. The museum invites the public to explore the essence of “growth,” encouraging everyone to embrace life’s changes and challenges while discovering their true selves. No matter which stage of life you find yourself in, step into the venue to experience the bittersweetness of growth, imagine an unknown yet promising future, and courageously bloom in your own brilliant colors!
